Unable to start headless mode

Hi all,

Host - Ubuntu 16.04 desktop
VM - 16.04 desktop

On normal start the VM the menu bar found missed. I need to start the Terminal to fix the problem.

-> Headless start
or
-> Detachable start

Always start GUI

Please help. Thanks
