Amarok not working in vbox

I managed to get WiFi working on all my Guest systems, but I'm not having any luck with sound.

Mandriva 2008.1, VirtualBox 1.6.0 OSE Host System

Kubuntu 7.10,Ubuntu 8.04,OpenSuSe 11.0 Guest Systems

All guest systems play mp3's using Amarok, but they are choppy and the settings do not correct the problem. No sound problems on Host so I'm hoping there is a way to patch through to the host like I did for WiFi, or perhaps a specific driver I should be using ?
