Hi,
I am currently using a macOS Sierra with an Intel Iris Pro GPU which is said to support OpenGL 4.1. When I try to use a software that utilizes OpenGL in my guest machine, I am not able to utilize this version of OpenGL. When I type glxinfo | grep -i "OpenGL Version" I get OpenGL string 3.0. Is there a way for me to update this version of OpenGL?

Re: OpenGL update version
I got to ask: which operating system are you using as your guest? And where did you get the information about OpenGL 3.0? As far as I know, OpenGL in VirtualBox goes up to version 2.1, not 3.0.
And towo2099 is absolutely correct; there's nothing that you, as an end user, can do about it. It has to be supported from the main VirtualBox engine.
