PXE boot problem

I see many topics related to PXE boot in virtualbox. But, I really haven't success with them! I also have asked here and in the centos forum.
Regarding the internal network, where the clients have to boot, what exactly should I do in the virtualbox settings?
I just set the NIC to "internal network" and when the virtual server is up, I create a client guest with one NIC and set it to "internal network". Next, I set the boot order to network only (disable other options). The client gives up with connection timeout error.
I really appreciate if anyone helps me.
