Mini-lab setup

Hi all,
I've read through the manual and I'm not sure I'm going to be able to accomplish this, so I figured I'd post a note to see if anyone else has accomplished this since forum searches didn't yield much.
I'm trying to setup a mini-lab. Essentially I want two or more VM's running on their own subnet, yet able to access the outside world AND see each other.
I tried "Internal Networking" and that appears to only allow inter-VM communication. When I tried NAT, both of the Vm's have the same internal IP of 10.0.2.15. Bridging puts them on my internal subnet.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ken
