I'm trying to open the virtual box (with ova file), but an error occures ...
I can not download here the files Vbox.log and Vbox.png.
Can you, please, help me to fix this problem?

Please zip the vbox.log file and attach it here with the "Upload attachment" feature below the text entry box.
