Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES4 Stuck at loading bootfile

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to load Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES4, 32-bit on virtualbox. It all works up until the point when the bootfile is supposed to be created, right at the end of theload. The VM freezes. After power cylcing the VM, the system goes into command line, and it appears as if the installation was not completed.

Has anyone seen this? I'm running virtualbox on an Ultra-20, Solaris 10 05/08 an VB 1.6.2

Isn't RHEL server expecting PAE to be enabled?

You know Google?

There is an Textentryfield for words you are searching for. Then press Enter and you get some explanations for what you are searching for.

:)

Same issue here

I'm running on a 17" mac book pro with the intel Core duo processor

Sarcasm aside, I think google is amazing squared and wiki is just amazing. So googling wiki PAE gives you it in one hit. I've got into the habit of doing this before asking any Q. I find it lot less embarrassing than having the piss taken :-)
