Sorry for my English, I'm French

I have an Ubuntu system for the host (16.04, kernel 4.8 ) and a guest on Windows 7 64 bits OS. I made a shared folder from Ubuntu to Windows. Now, I am trying to use the drag & drop bi-directionnal as activated but I can't.
From Ubuntu to Linux, the drag&drop for a single empy text file is estimated over 2 hours for the moving...

From guest to host, nothing happens and my guest session is freezing (impossible to use the icons as the desktop seems to be crashed frozen)...

Can someone help me to correct this issue?

Please provide a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click it in the GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

There is no urgency about updating the VirtualBox host application, but I certainly think the Guest Additions should be updated.

I made the update of the GA but there is no changes.

From host to guest, I see the mouse plus but nothing is done. From guest to hast, little freeze and nothing copied.

When I deactivate one way (Guest to host), the drag&drop from Windows to Linux works. But the inverse not.

What can I do? Thank you
