Windows XP (guest) on Linux Host stopped updating at KB94156

Hi,
First my configuration:
Laptop with host GNU/Linux (ubuntu 8.04)
Virtual Box 1.6.2.
Guest in Virtual Box, Win XP
Started very well and after the installation all the updates went well for xp as for ms office, except for the latest update: that popped up in winxp didn't want to install.
I have 2 Virtual s (winxp) installed, and both stopped updating at KB941569 with this message:
Any Ideas?

nevertheless, Both still work just fine if you ignore the update issue. But I would like to keep the system patched, if that is even possible with windows anyway LOL .The following updates were not installed:
security update for windows xp with windows media format runtime 9 and 11 (KB941569)
Any Ideas?
