Hi,
I was suffering the unwillingness/unavailability of my Guest due to my recurrent damage of File System of my USB External Hard Drive, and My host Machine haven't enough space.
Is it possible to run my Guest from remote Computer (Windows/Linux) in the same Local Network using macOS like Host?
What protocolo's (SMB, NFS or AFP) recommendation I need to follow?

Yes, you can run a VM from a remote computer. I have my main Mac and I run a couple of VMs from my Win7/10 computer. I'm not sure about the network protocol (I use SMB, it's already there), but make sure you have at least a 1 GiB/s connection between the two computers, otherwise you're going to suffer at 100 MiB/s or lower.
