The machine turned into very weird freeze after I see the desktop start.

** UPDATE: Found some more info, looks like the root case is the bidirectional clipboard I am trying to install using
later I tried to cancel this packages from rescue mode command line
but sort of lock failed that attempt. As well tried to disabled that
nasty service from VB ui (just clipboard disable) - still frozen

I would suggest a fresh install on a new server instance. If that shows the same error, then it's more than likely a mistake with the use of the settings between VirtualBox and your keyboard configuration.

The easiest answer that I've found was to just ssh into the server and make sure that you're able to get the same functionality out of either WinSCP or putty depending on what you're trying to accomplish.

There's one other thing that could be causing the issue, but I cannot remember, as I've completely forgotten about the functionality limitations with the bi-directional clipboard installed in Ubuntu as a guest system.
