How to access bios menu ?

host:mac os x
guest: Windows 7 ultimate

F8 at the beginning, but you can't do much. What do you want to do? What's your goal?

I did and i get the advance menu i want to setup a bios password and practice to bypass it

There is no such thing as a BIOS password in VirtualBox. This is not your typical BIOS.

...and "practicing" on a virtual BIOS will not help you at all on the eproms and security chips of real systems. ;)
