Enable USB Camera after turning off Vista in VirtualBox?

Environments:
Host: Ubuntu 7.10
Guest: Windows Vista Business
Virtualbox: 1.6.2
USB Camera: some Logitech brand
My problem is I've got to tick this USB device to enable my Logitech camera in Windows Vista. However, after turning off Vista, my Logitech camera will not automatically come back to life in Ubuntu 7.10 again. Even if after turning off Windows Vista, in Virtualbox settings, I could deselect (untick) this USB device for Windows Vista, I'm still not able to enable my USB Logitech camera again for Ubuntu.
which means:
" Could not connect to video device (/dev/video0). "
Can anybody help to sort it out? I really don't wanna reboot my Ubuntu once and once again just after I shut down Windows Vista in Virtualbox.
Thank you very much.
Best Regards
