Temporary run of VM

Hi,
I want to have a irreproachable image of a virtual machine and do not want to make a copy VMs every time user want to rum VM.
How to implement? - user starts the machine, works on it and after the work is finished, all changes are deleted. So next user have irreproachable VM.
