I have two Virtual machines (Windows server 2003 OS). Both are connected using Bridged Adapter. They are able to access the internet , ping other machines on the same Network. But , they cannot ping each other. It gives "Request timed out".

Check the firewalls. Make sure that ICMP traffic is allowed (which I believe is not allowed by default).

The firewall is disabled. I have tried enabling it and adding the IP in the exceptions and Allowing incoming connections, ICMP requests.

Please post the output of "ipconfig /all" from both guests.

Both guests have the same physical address ( MAC address ). This will not work. Use the guest network settings -> advanced and generate a new MAC address for one of them.
