I have a problem -- I bought a new copy of Windows 10 from Microsoft Store and it comes on a USB stick. It's NOT an ISO but several files and .exe's. When I create the new VM for it, I have no choice but dvd drive with which to install windows on the new VDI How can I load this thing? Do I have to figure out how to make an ISO out of the USB files and then burn it to a DVD? Or is there some way to convince VB to use the USB stick instead of a DVD drive? Can I create just a "blank" disk and power up the VM and run the exe installer from USB somehow? Help.
Thanks in advance.

Have you tried actually downloading the ISO from Microsoft?

By the way, I deleted your cross-post. Not allowed...

Thanks - I actually did think of that but figured there was just a quick way to convince VB to use a USB stick instead. I guess I'll just download and burn an ISO.
I wasn't aware of the cross post rule -- my bad. My public flogging will be at the flag pole at 3:00 tomorrow so there's time to draw a crowd! Seriously, thanks.

Then why did the other post start with:
Double posting hoping to get answers faster.
I'm afraid that flogging will not be enough. A crucifixion instead will be held at the same place and time. See you there!
