Vbox Host ?

How does the vbox host see the actual computer's wifi connection ? Since there seems to be no wifi adaptor card, in the Host settings, I'm confused.

I'm trying to get Kubuntu 7.10 to see the internet via my actual computer's wifi connection.

Please read the manual. This is explained clearly. Also read some more about virtualisation and what it does. Saves us quoting easy to find information and you the time to create a post ;).

If you are still running 1.6.0 as you say in your signature, please update to a newer version, or switch to the PUEL version. There were some problems with the AMD PCNet adapter in that version. If you select the Intel/Pro adapter, you should have internet on the Guest. If you run Windows, you need to install the driver from the Intel site (not hard to find).

I switched to the Intel PRO adapter and after the setup everything works.I guess the PCNet III adapter was broken.
