Can't get in virtual machine

hi i dual booted for vista 32-bit and hardy 64-bit and for some reason the stupid thing won't let me in the virtual machine in hardy but will in vista and this is what i get from it

Well have you added your ubuntu user to the vboxusers group as it says?

step (1) google "linux add user to group". step(2) read first reference ...
