I am running Mac osx Mavericks 10.9.5 every time i start up virtual box it crashes it just bounces on the doc then disappears i ran console to see what the issue was and it gave em this message.

Can someone tell me how i get my VM running again it was working before i updated it ive uninstalled and reinstalled all the available versions!!!

The message told you to look at a log, a crash log. It even gave you the location of that log.
ZIP that log and attach it to your response. See the "Upload attachment" tab below the reply form.

Idk how to zip it but this is what its saying now

Go to the menu "Apple" » "About this Mac..." » report the value for "Processor". From that same dialog, click "System Report..." » choose "Hardware" on the left » report the value for "Model Identifier" on the right.

Moving to "OSX Hosts" from "OSX Guests".
