Not able to scroll Windows 7 display

Emulating
Windows 7 Home Premium (2009) SP1
on Host
Mac OS X 10.11.3, MacBook Air 13"
using VirtualBox version
5.1.22 r115126
Upgraded from prior VirtualBox version just today and cannot see the scroll bars on my Windows 7 (guest) display any more as was previously the case.
Please help.
