Right-click on the VM in the VirtualBox Manager and select "Show Log". Save only the first "VBox.log", ZIP it and attach it to your response (see the "Upload attachment" tab below the reply form).

The log that you attached goes for 21 min, so I don't understand what you mean
"each time when i open my VB and starting a VM it freezes my host and restarting my pc". Could you explain that in a little bit more detail? Macs don't "restart", they kernel panic. Did yours?
Other than that, I see the following:
VirtualBox VM 5.1.22 r115126 darwin.amd64 (Apr 28 2017 17:26:14) release log
00:00:01.354684 OS Release: 15.6.0
00:00:02.304131 Full Name: "Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T9550 @ 2.66GHz"
That's quite an old processor, and the 5.1.x series have had some problems with older processors and newer OSX versions. Try the latest VirtualBox build (115370 as of this writing) from the test builds (
https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Testbuilds) and see if it changes the situation.
