Error 0x80070570 during Windows Sever 2016 Install

Hi All - Hoping for some help in resolving this issue.
Over the course of a couple weeks now, I have been trying to install Windows Server 2016 in a VirtualBox instance and continue to receive this error:
"Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070570"
Things that have been attempted thus far:
1. upwards of 20 different downloads of the ISO. Microsoft Imagine, Technet, other various downloads...
2. Have checked the Hashes, and they come back A-OK.
3. Reinstalled Host Operating System with WIN10
4. Confirmed Virtualization is enabled within my Asus P6T V2 MB BIOS
5. Downloaded ISO from different location
Configuration:
1. 1 SSD in first SATA Bay
2. 1 HDD in my second SATA bay
3. I7 (2007 model, don't remember the exact model)
4. 16 GB Corsair RAM
5. NVIDIA 680 VGA
6. MB - Asus P6T V2
7. OS - Windows 10
Looking for any help out there that may help me w/ this issue. Driving me crazy not being able to fix it.
Thanks in advance - Twinz
