Hi,
I have tried to install a guest addition so i can increase my resolution. I have ubuntu hardy and xp sp3 guest. im not really sure what other information would be relevant but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Read the posting guide. What version of GA? PUEL or OSE? What kernel are u running? What step were you doing when it failed? What exact error did you get?
