I have a new PC with windows 10. I wish to install Virtual Box in order that I can run XP to work to the two programmes that will not run on windows 10.
If anyone can message me with their details how to set this up for me , or can direct me to someone that can do this by remote , please advise, thank you.

No one can remotely insert XP setup CDs for you. Why don't you do it yourself? It isn't hard. You will of course need an XP install CD (*) and XP license.
What are the two programs that will not run on Windows 10? If the software has strange requirements then it may not run as a VM either.
(*) Actually an image (.iso) of the CD is more convenient than an physical CD. ISO images of CDs can be made using
ImgBurn.

VirtualBox Manual:
https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/UserManual.html generally has very clear guidance and will help you to understand the terminology in case you need any specific help.
