ubuntu wont boot when added more then 2 cpu's

Hi, Hope someone can help me here.. I have installed ubuntu 14.04 "ubuntu-14.04-server-amd64"

When i start the host with 1 or 2 cpu's it boots up file and works perfect , When I try and add more CPU's its take ages to load up and then does not login the login page.

Please help me

Post the guests log file ( as an attachment ). Right click on the guest in the Main Manager then click show log. Save and post as an attachment. Compress if it is too large to post.
