Hello,
I am running Virtual Box version 5.1.18 r114002 (Qt5.6.2) on a Mac OS X Sierra 10.12.4 host and with a Windows 10 OS on the VB machine.
Is there any way I can increase the size of the virtual hard drive I allocated to the machine? i need to install software but it needs 4.85GB of disc space and I can't find out how to increase the disc space.
Can this be done?
Thanks,
Hippocrates.

From the FAQs: How to resize a Virtual Drive.
