I get this error message when I hit "Insert Guest Additions CD" under "devices"
Unable to insert the virtual optical disk C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxGuestAdditions.iso into the machine fedo.
Could not mount the media/drive 'C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso' (VERR_PDM_MEDIA_LOCKED).
Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)

- One of your VMs (or a snapshot of your VMs) has the VirtualBox Guest Additions (GAs) CD still mounted. Open the Virtual Media Manager and go to the Optical Disks and see which VM has the GAs CD mounted. Unmount it from that VM. And do not use saved states, shutdown the VM completely.
