I accidentally deleted my mac address and now when using Nat network interface I still cannot connect to the Internet. I see the eth0 when going to /etc/network/interfaces. I do not see an IP address. How can I fix this?

Go to the VM network settings, choose a virtual adapter tab, Open the "Advanced" branch and correct the MAC address. The guest must of course be shut down for this (not suspended).
