How to install mac guest and use virtual box

I am having beginner's trouble figuring out how all of this works. Can someone lead me to information on how to install a mac OS guest on a windows 10 pro 64 bit OS host or tell me how?
Are there any basic guides on using a guest, such as how to save files, how to install programs, how to access files on the host OS, which were saved on the guest OS, and whatever things I need to know?
