Hi,

i just installed virtualbox (first time) and got archlinux running on a vm in windows 8.1. I created a few files but when i closed the vm and then i enter again all files were lost. So, how do i do to create files and not losing them when the vm is closed?

Sounds like you are running a live cd. You need to install it if you want to save what you do.
