Not easily. The Bluetooth is in a sense a USB device that is captured by OSX at system boot, from the bluetooth kernel extensions and daemons. The instructions to disable them vary from OSX version to OSX version. I have not made a "collection" of the various services that have to be disabled, per OSX version, and neither is a FAQ out there, AFAIK. So your best bet at the moment is to search with your favorite engine for "bluetooth max osx site:forums.virtualbox.org". If I get something more, I'll let you know...
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.
Do NOT reply with the "QUOTE" button, please use the "POST REPLY", at the bottom of the form.
If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.
