I am pretty sure this was never a VirtualBox problem, but an Selinux problem.socratis wrote:That, I don't have the slightest idea, and it's not really a VirtualBox question either. The only thing I know is that I have been bitten by this as well. I didn't see what your VirtualBox version is (you should have posted it), but the test builds have fixed that problem. Then why did the same Fedora version worked with a different VirtualBox version? A VirtualBox workaround for SELinux and the "new" Gnome WM? It could have been simply a display driver issue. But, only the comparison of the SVN could tell for sure: https://www.virtualbox.org/timelineBackrow wrote:I am pretty sure this was never a VirtualBox problem, but an Selinux problem.
Works for me partialy... As socratis mentioned in a previous post, I need to disable 3D acceleration in VirtualBox to run under Gnome, otherwise I get stuck in infinite login loop... However I'm able to install VBGA and run in enforcing mode...Backrow wrote:This morning Fedora 25 updated kernel to kernel-4.9.12-200.fc25, and selinux policy to selinux-policy-3.13.1-225.11.fc25 and now VBGA works in enforcing mode.
