Hi,
I have two server 2012 in my virtual box.How its possible to ping each other .I assigned static ip for both but I cant ping each other.so that I cannt add member server to the Domain \

You don't need to be able to ping to join a domain. It is more likely to be a DNS problem. What network are the servers in?
If you can't sort it out, post an ipconfig output for both servers.

What settings have you chosen for the guests' network?
Also, Windows defaults to not respond to Ping. You need to change a rule in the Windows Firewall to allow ping response. Google for how.
