Hi!

I am using Virtualbox 5.1.14 as my main virtualization software. recently after installing guest tools on
some of ubuntu linux derivations like Linux mint 18.1 KDE my application launcher and just disappear! there desktop itself but i can't launch any application!
It seems there's a problem with screen resolution. this is very inresting because there's no problem with screen size and resolution before installing guest tools!
I'm running VirtualBox on Windows 10 Enterprise edition.

With the VM shut down completely (not paused or saved), right-click on the VirtualBox Manager and select "Show Log". Save the "VBox.log" (just the first one), ZIP it and attach it in your response (see the "Upload attachment" tab below the reply form).
