Manipulate VirtualBox Router.

Post by hack3rcon »

Hello.
How can I access to VirtualBox router and manipulate it? For example, When I launch a VM with "NAT" network option and it set an IP like 10.0.2.15 to my VM then how can I change VirtualBox router for change IP range?

Thank you.

Avoiding Martian Sources would be my guess.

I like to know how can I change this range. Is it illegal?

Not illegal but pointless for the most part. I would suggest you switch from NAT to NATnet and configure accordingly. Details can be found in the users manual. http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch06.h ... at_service

Note: changing this range to one within another active subnet will cause issues.
