Mini Toolbar no longer clickable full screen (#16325)

I still have exactly the same problem.Also after update of my system. And also with the just released new version of virtualbox.
Problem still exists with the latest software.

Host OS:
openSUSE LEAP 42.2, fully patched

Virtualbox:
- virtualbox x64 5.1.16; VirtualBox Extension Pack 5.1.16; GuestAddition (Windows Guest) 5.1.16

GuestOS:
- Windows 7 Pro x64 - fully patched; GuestAddition (Windows Guest)

Details:
Everything was working fine with 5.1.10.
After the update, the Mini Toolbar is no longer clickable in full screen.
Hovering the mouse on the appropriate edge, the Mini Toolbar does appear / folds out. It does however not allow any interaction with the mouse (pointer).

I just updated to VirtualBox version 5.1.24 r117012 (Qt5.6.1) and the mini toolbar is now working again!

Kubuntu 16.04.2 (64 bit)
KDE 5.8.7 via kubuntu-backports ppa
VirtualBox 5.1.24

This morning, virtualbox v 5.1.24 was available in my Linux Distro.
After update: -> Minitoolbar is working again !!!

Same problem here. I've updated VB to 5.1.24, but the problem persists.

Details:
For me, Mini Toolbar appear for a very short period of time (almost a glitch), during the start-up. After this, it don't appear again, so I need get out of full scrren mode using Right Ctrl + F.

If you read ticket #16325, the suggestion is to try the latest Test Build. Please do and report back here, or in the ticket. Preferably in both places...

SOLVED (for me)

As mentioned above, after installing virtualbox v 5.1.24 as well as the 5.1.24 Extensionpack and 5.1.24 (Windows) GuestAddition => Mini Toolbar is working again.

Just installed v 5.1.26 and (for me) it is still working.

Here again my System info:

Host OS:
openSUSE LEAP 42.1, fully patched with KDE 5.8.2

Virtualbox:
- virtualbox x64 5.1.26; VirtualBox Extension Pack 5.1.26; GuestAddition (Windows Guest) 5.1.26 (including 3D, without Aero)

GuestOS:
- Windows 7 Pro x64 - fully patched; GuestAddition (Windows Guest)


One thing: The dropdown of the hidden Mini Toolbar has a delay, which is a bit on the long side.
Can one set the delay time for appearance of the Mini Toolbar after Mouse over edge / hover over it?

My case:

Insalled 5.1.26, with Extension Pack and GA - mini toolbar didn't work

After this,

Installed 5.1.25 (Testbuild) - worked, but with a big lag between mouse hovering and mini toolbar appearing.

Afther this,

I've reverted to 5.1.26, and will use it, for now.

The mini toolbar breaks, they fix it, it breaks and they fix it. Rinse and repeat. It has a finicky, simplistic code that seems to be affected with any change to the OS and/or the VBox code.

Alternatively you can use the (Host-Home) hot-key and it never fails.
