Post the guests log file ( as an attachment ). Right click on the guest in the Main Manager then click show log. Save and post as an attachment. Compress if it is too large to post.

Log shows a working USB ( OHCI ) but not ( EHCI or xHCI ). This would indicate that you have not selected to use USB2 or USB3 in the settings. Make sure that you have enabled USB2 in the settings and if you use USB3 you will need to add a USB3 driver to the guest since Windows 7 does not have native support for USB3. Search for USB3 drivers for Windows 7 and you will find them.
