Install MacOS Yosemite

Hey Guys
I have created MacOS in Virtualbox. It always comes this when i start:
cdboot: init
cdboot: file size: 0004FE00
cdboot: reading sectors: 000000A0
cdboot: loading ...............
cdboot: done
cdboot: init
cdboot: BIOS disk error read error at sector: 00000011
cdboot: error_
What should i do?
