IS there an exact tutorial somwhere explaining how to install Kali linux on Virtual box?

I have been trying to install Kali for days and I don't understand the reason it gets stuck at a black screen after I hit the option of Graphics Installation.

You're short on RAM, which will make your VM (and most likely the host also) crawl to a halt when overcomitting. Reduce the configure RAM for the VM (even 512 MB would be problematic), close other software to get back some free RAM or add RAM to your computer.
