Feel free to post in Polish if you can express yourself more confidently that way. Google Translate usually does a good job of giving us the gist of what you say.

The Virtual Machine is an entirely separate PC, running a separate OS. There is no connection between the names the guest OS gives to devices, versus the names which the host OS gives to devices.

You can use the VM settings dialogs to map a host CD drive E: into the guest CD drive D:. If that's what you already see then it is normal and expected.

One tip: ISO images of CDs can be mounted in the VM instead, and are usually much more convenient than mapping to a real host drive.
