Fedora 25 was released today.
I updated vitualbox to 5.1.10 r112026 hoping for a smooth ride however the guest additions seem to feel that xorg-x11 1.19 is pre-release and therefore will not install the video driver.
I wonder if it has to do with a test in the installer script that fails anything ending in 9?
Anyway, I'm looking forward to a work-around for this problem.

Re: Fedora 25 xorg-x11-server 1.19
Works for me.
I am fairly sure that it is .99 for all pre-release rejections and not just a 9. I would first try to run rcvboxadd setup in an elevated terminal and if that fails I would remove the current additions and install again.
Code: Select all
Build ID: xorg-x11-server 1.19.0-0.8.rc2.fc25 -

Re: Fedora 25 xorg-x11-server 1.19
I rebooted and the vboxvideo drivers are loaded in the kernel -- display is all good.
I am still getting a message after running rcvboxadd setup:
Warning pre-release version of Xorg ... not installing graphics driver.
Anyway, it's working now for some reason so I'll leave it alone.
Thanks
Host is fedora 23 KDE desktop. The bidirectional clipboard isn't working so I just faked the message from vboxadd.
