Resizing Windows 7 window in seamless mode

Resizing a Windows 7 window while in seamless mode no longer works in VirtualBox 5.1 (still works in 5.0).

Host OS: RHEL 7.2

You can make the window smaller but cannot make the window any bigger unless you move the mouse very very slowly
