Hello folks,

I've a simple setup as shown below with 2 private networks i.e 192.168.1.0/24 and 172.16.1.0/24. For some reasons, I can't seem to ping from C2 to R0 on its 172.168.1.1 ip. Where as i don't have any issue in pinging C1-R0 on its 192.168.1.1 or 172.16.1.1 ip. This doesn't seem like an issue with f/w or arp related issue. Am i to understand VirtualBox doesn't support multiple private networks? Why can't i get 172.16.1.0/24 n/w to work ? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

C1(192.168.1.2)-----------(192.168.1.1)R0(172.168.1.1)--------(172.168.1.200)C2

I think i figured it out. It works when i have the 172.16.1.200 bound on the eth1 interface as opposed to eth0.
