Re: Win7 guest crashes
That looks like a hardening issue caused by using unsigned drivers. Since the last thing mentioned in the log is OpenGL (because 3D acceleration is enabled) then IMHO that adds further weight to the idea.
Or, it could be straight up buggy OpenGL drivers.

Re: Win7 guest crashes
So what should be my troubleshooting steps? OpenGL is built in Windows and I didn't reinstall smth recently. It appeared after recent VB release.mpack wrote:That looks like a hardening issue caused by using unsigned drivers. Re: Win7 guest crashes
Well, you search for an OpenGL test app and see if it runs well on your host. If you can't run any OpenGL app then VirtualBox will obviously encounter the same problem.
You can search for driver updates for your Intel HD Graphics 530 chipset.
You could also just turn off 3D acceleration in the VM settings, and avoid Aero themes in the guest.

Correct. This was a driver issue. Solved.mpack wrote:Well, you search for an OpenGL test app and see if it runs well on your host. If you can't run any OpenGL app then VirtualBox will obviously encounter the same problem.
