I assume that POS means "Point Of Sale" is isn't a comment about software quality... :)

The easiest way to use a printer in a VM is to install the driver on the host, and then share it on a network which both the host and the VM can access (so, either Bridged or Host-Only networking).

This means that you never needed to involve LPT; with a shared printer its makes no difference how the device is physically connected to the first stop in the network. About the only semi-valid reason for a VM grabbing direct ownership of a printer is that you don't have drivers for the host: but in this case Win7 is both host and guest so that shouldn't be a problem.

This is key point. Because software using windows registry for configuration port communication.
It not print by graphic mode. I can't share printer for guest.

I'm just not understanding what your issue is. Perhaps it would be a good idea for you to talk to the printer manufacturer about your problem.

If you are saying that the application manipulates the LPT port in unusual ways then it probably won't work from a VM anyway, but if it's just a printer then I don't understand why it would need to bypass the normal Windows printer API.

So sorry for make you mistake.

What I want to do is be able to run from the LPT port in Guest with connected to LPT directly.
I can show the LPT port on the "device manager". But can not run it.
