Losing packages

Hello,
I virtualizei one Microtik server virtualbox in Windows Server 2012 r2, but he has lost intermittent packages (on average 5 followed when packages occurs)
I have reviewed all microtik configuration and this ok.
Checking some forums found similar problems in other scenarios
can anybody help me ?
