I have reviewed all microtik configuration and this ok.

Checking some forums found similar problems in other scenarios

I'm not understanding what you mean by "packages being lost". Is English your native language? If not please feel free to post in your native language and we can try Google Translate.

No. You have to use more... words. Ping is sometimes disabled. Make sure that's not the case in your case. Also please post the complete IP configuration. Use "ifconfig" and post the output. And the details of your network setup. You have two bridged adapters. ???
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.

I think he means packet loss. Not an uncommon network problem, but hard to diagnose.

So MicroTik is a router OS, according to my googling. Ja2k, do you have any evidence that the lost packets are being lost due to running in Virtualbox? One way to show this would be to run Microtik on the physical PC you were using to run Virtualbox (switch hard drives to get a clean environment). If the physical install doesn't lose packets but the virtual one does, that might indicate a Virtualbox problem.
