Over the past few weeks, its become prone to crashing frequently (a few times per day). The machine always reboots each time.
Windows error logs report:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff802465d033a, 0xffffd0012bbbcfd0, 0x0000000000000000).VirtualBox log files show the following each time this happens:

I've done a lot of searching and tried a variety of fixes, including:
- More resources (memory, CPUs)
- Reducing to a single CPU
- Virtualbox from Oracle's repository
- Virtualbox from Debian's repository
- Applying all Windows updates
- Ensuring guest additions, extension pack, and VirtualBox versions all match, after above updates
- Adjusting the heartbeat timeout for the VM
Attached is the .vbox file defining the VM, sample Virtualbox log, and a mini dump from Windows.
