[Support] Can't use USB flash drive

Help! I get this error message with two of my USB flash drives:

Arch Linux host, Windows 10 VM.

A quick search for "VERR_PDM_NO_USB_PORTS site:forums.virtualbox.org" reveals several cause/resolution combinations. Have you tried any of them?

Thanks. I thought I had set the machine to USB 3.0, but when I checked again it was 2.0.

That's why I pointed you to a search, because I couldn't definitely say "Here's the solution". It varies. Glad you figured it out...
