How do i get virtualbox on Kali linux

I am running kali linux as a dual boot with windows 8.1, and i am unsure as to how i can get virtualbox on kali linux

Of course the instructions are a bit old and written for VirtualBox 4.2.14. You should get the latest from https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
